I am a CPA with over 18 years of experience in NYC, as well as certified to file taxes. I started at one of the Big Four Accounting Firms as an auditor in the financial services sector. I spent 6 years at a publicly traded REIT on their corporate accounting team. I spent over 3 years at private equity firm as the manager and controller of their single family home portfolio. For the past 6 years, I consultant with private health & wellness entities, retail, and real estate businesses in NYC & across the US. Throughout my career, my projects have progressed both in complexity and quantity. To characterize my accounting projects, they are accurate, well-researched, reliable, timely, and well documented. They demanded close attention to detail and a progressively broader view of the company’s work. Most of my projects are senior-level work, executed to completion, generally without close supervision. I spent time at many of my positions implementing, documenting, and improving policies and procedures, and internal controls. I work well on my own and with others.
