"I have so far paid $10 719 to Manuel Martinez for his work on a javascript based card game. Manuel is a very difficult person to work with. He promised me to work around 30 hours per week but in reality it was much less and I often felt like he was only working if I was pushing him. Examples: - September 11, 2020 I asked him to call me. He calls me finally 5 days later and only after I reminded him. - Middle of October 2020: He does not work for around a week. Only after I write to him several times he says he is sick. - Beginning of November 2020: He takes 7 days to answer my chat messages. Only after I write to him several times he says he is tired and cannot work (his child is born). - Middle of November 2020: He takes 5 days to answer my chat messages. - January 2021: Working very little, not keeping promises. - February 2021: No commit in 8 days. No contact in 5 days. - February 28, 2021: Not showing up for scheduled phone meeting. Not fixing critical bug in production in time that was promised. - March 26, 2021: Asking him to call me - he never calls me. - March 30, 2021: He writes that he is probably going to take another job. I am trying to call him and asking him to call me - he does not answer and he does not call me. - April 2, 2021: Asking him again to call me, he ignores me.
