"Venessa seems to be a great candidate, but after starting the job put in 10 hours manually that I could not account for on my end. When I asked about it she changed it to ~6 hours. After this incident, I asked her to use the time tracking tool in upwork , which she refused to do- stating that upwork's tool was not sensitive enough to capture the work she was doing and there was a privacy issue. After talking back and forth , she abruptly said she can't do the job if I dont allow manual time. I found it very unprofessional to use a platform that has specific tools to allow work and build trust between clients that she did not want to use, specifically after putting in more hours that she could account for initially. Very dissappointing. I can't adequately comment on her skills or quality of work since I couldn't track what she had done - hence the score."
