I help business leaders to lose the guilt, stop the overwhelm, and build businesses they are proud of. I am the owner of Empowered Leadership, LLC and a certified business and executive coach. Prior to starting my coaching practice, I was a successful executive in the food and beverage industry. I led large operational teams and managed national customer accounts over a two decade career at PepsiCo. During my time there, I received the prestigious PepsiCo President’s Ring of Honor award and was recognized as a Top Woman in Grocery by Progressive Grocer Magazine. In 2017, I left that world to focus on my passion: building businesses and developing people. By applying proven best practices, I have enabled my clients to achieve double-digit growth while reducing stress and often the number of hours worked. I am a FocalPoint certified business coach and executive coach. I am licensed to conduct DISC behavioral style and Emotional Intelligence (EQ) assessments and training. In addition, I am one of the only licensed facilitators of the Navigational Conversations coaching program in the state of Ohio. I hold an MBA from Boston University, am a mom to two little girls who are boss babes in training, and have run multiple half marathons. I am engaged in the community as a Girls on the Run coach and a the Vice President for my local Chamber of Commerce.
