Hi, I'm pursuing my desire to work in the virtual assistance industry as I lost my job because of the current situation of the country due to Covid19, I want to help small businesses, companies and individuals to lighten their focus on their goals. My skills are, photo editing, Data entry, admin assistance, data scrapping, web research, social media posting, document management, QA of documents, social media management, store management, phone call management, inquiries. I am graduate of Bachelor's of Science in Information Technology. I am Confident that I can be virtual assistant because of being familiar with using my computer for 9 years, which made me tech-savvy. I am skilled in photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop. I am also skilled in data entry as I have been using Microsoft office. I have no experience working as a freelancer, but i do have experience working on the industry. I work as a Document Controller/Secretary/Admin Assistant/Receptionist for 5 years, which made me work under pressure with critical problem-solving skills. I also experience handling phone calls as Receptionist which is the first contact of the company and to answer queries of the client. I also have experience in handling social media accounts on Facebook pages that are related to foods and beauty products. My responsibilities are to answer question/queries of customers, social media marketing and placing ads. My other responsibilities as a document controller are timely, accurate and efficient preparation and management of documents. I control the numbering, sorting, filing, storing and retrieval of both electronic and hard copy documents produced by technical teams, projects or departments.
