"The work was successfully completed without any issues at the end. There was a delay in the delivery due to unexpected issues. The migration team has taken them positively with the support of management team and tried to resolve them with the additional inputs provided from the client side. I would expect the migration team should have been little proactive in identifying the needed dependecies in the migration process which could have speeded up the delivery schedule.
