I am a business advisor, EOS implementer and investment banker

I am a Professional EOS Implementer and Fractional Strategic CFO. I have more than 20 years of business advisory and investment banking experience. I help business owners build a better life and a more valuable business. All four of my grandparents were entrepreneurs, my father is an entrepreneur, and my mother is a schoolteacher. By about 10 years old I knew that “I wanted to buy and sell companies” when I grew up. Over the past 20 years I have worked with hundreds of companies in transactions worth billions of dollars. As an investment banker I was a right person, right seat problem. I GWC’d (got it, wanted it, and the capacity to fill) my seat, but I didn’t fit a traditional investment banks unstated core value – they want to sell your company today. I didn’t always want to do that, I wanted to help, and it was a problem. I founded RedShift Advisors in 2018 to serve the owners of businesses in the lower middle market with approximately 10-250 employees. I believe the owners and managers with companies of this size are underserved in many ways. I have developed a proven process to help owners build a better life and business. My proven process solves problems, reduces risk and increases value. I believe my service is the best investment available to most business owners.
