With her expertise on process management, great customer service and people management she helped our company grow. She recruited the top call center agents in the Philippines to work for us and managed 40 staff. We reached our full potential until we were hit by the pandemic and our business suffered. With her love for the company she stayed despite the hardship. She treated our company like hers and really helped it prosper despite the challenges. It so sad to let our PH team go. We closed our doors this month. We wish Lois all the best and hope to get her back once we get back on our feet again. Don't hesitate to hire her! She's the best manager you can find.
