bookeeper and more
"BEWARE !!!!!!!!!!!! suzette talked big delivered nothing beware she puts passwords on quick books and doesn't remove them she messed up my books something terrible i had to pay another bookkeeper to undo all here not sure what to call it ALL THAT SHE ENTERED WAS USELESS THIS IS WHAT THE NEW BOOKER HAD TO SAY Mr. Gindi, I wanted to provide you a list of problems I found within your Quickbooks Accounts Receivable postings so you would be aware of the damage previously done to your books. 1). Payments from customers were posted with incorrect payment dates, creating a reconciliation nightmare along with inaccurate customer payment history reports. 2). Payment amounts were equal to invoice amounts even when discounts and credits had been taken by customers resulting in overstated amounts deposited to bank accounts. 3). Payments received were vicariously deposited to one of two bank accounts without regard to the proper account of deposit deeming your bank account balances completely false. 4). Credit memos were not properly created for item shortages (see item 2) as per customer check stubs and corresponding paperwork on file. This affects not only deposits but also leaves incorrect inventory balances. 5). Multiple Factor payments were posted against a loan instead of to your bank account which understated your loan payable and overstated your checking balance. 6). Factor Advance, Clearing and Escrow Accounts were set up as Asset Accounts instead of Liability Accounts where they belonged. This is as much as I have uncovered to date with regard to the posting problems in your Quickbooks, I will keep you updated on anything else I find I HAVE A LOT MORE TO SHOW BUT I AM RUNNING OUT OF TIME TO POST AS I CANT POST ANYTHING PAST 60 DAYS "

"FBS completed all work on this project as contracted. In fact, much more work was done than was contracted and we have the documentation to prove it. Icebox continued to change the QB file and parameters of the project while the work was being done. All passwords used to stabilize the QB file were removed immediately after completeion of the work. Icebox never voiced any complaints regarding the work done by FBS. In fact, he continually praised the work done for him by FBS as can be seen in the Elance job posts. Email communication to this affect can also be provided for verification as well. Icebox initiated the dispute only after FBS told him we would not be interested in working on any future projects with him due to his business practices. It was immediately after this, same day, the he filed the dispute. Since then no attempt has been made by Icebox to contact FBS to resolve any of his perceived issues. This lack of a proactive approach by the client filing the dispute should be a red flag for Elance as well. This delay in meeting with the Elance Dispute facilitator was simply another example of his unwillingness and inability to present a case for his dispute. FBS has a stellar reputation on Elance with many clients. Icebox on the other hand has had many jobs listed on Elance with very few showing as having been awarded, or more notably paid for. He has also been involved in other disputes on Elance. In addition FBS was contacted by a previous provider for Icebox to warn us of poor business practices and evading payment for jobs completed. This is why FBS required payment for the project be placed in escrow with Elance and we would suggest all other potential providers working with Icebox be sure to do the same. After initiating the dispute process with Elance, Icebox failed to make his case and Elance released all funds due to FBS for this project. "
