Management Consultant, Project Manager, Researcher

I began my career as the Chief Administrative Officer for a company focused on Biological-Counter Terrorism, creating training seminars for the United Nations, programs, workshops, and spent time on marketing, tradeshows, investor relations and business development. Later progressing to project management, process improvement, change management, and legal administration, I shifted my focus specifically to government contracting. I also consult FOR and TO the government (federal, state and quasi-government agencies), and have acted as a SME on DFAR and FAR for the US ARMY and US Air Force on procurement training.
