At the beginning, Frank was very upfront about the expected results and the time it would take to achieve these results. He explained the different types of e commerce businesses in regards to the expected outcome. He has integrity and did not play games with unrealistic promises simply to get the contract. He also demonstrated the incorrect set up of other Google consoles and tags that was done on our account and before running ads corrected all these errors.
