Good Day! I am looking for a long term work or daily work basis now. I am a Real Estate Photo Editor and I am doing this for over seven years. I have keen eyes to details. I know this field a lot and I'm very passionate about this job. I am an expert when it comes to manual blending and enfusing photos. And the best thing is, I can follow what the client needs to be done in their photos or how they want it to look like. If you can provide sample photos it would be great. I will assure you that I can make it more stunning and attractive. Also, I always meet the deadlines (24 HOURS TURN-AROUND TIME OR LESS, depends on the volume of the jobs). Here are the list of my expertise: - HDR Photo Enhancement - HDR with Flash Enhancement - Flambient Editing - Twilight Enhancement - Single Exposure Enhancement - Drone Shoots Enhancement - Day To Night - Day To Dusk - Day To Evening - Virtual Twilight - Panorama Enhancement - Decluttering Rooms - Removing Background - Removing Unwanted Objects - Removing Chords - Removing dusk spots - Smoothening wrinkles If you want per photo, here are my rates: BASIC HDR PHOTOS ENHANCEMENT W/OUT WINDOW MASKING ($1 per photo) HDR PHOTOS + WINDOW PULL ( $1.5 per photo) HDR + FLASH PHOTOS + WINDOW PULL ($1.5 per photo) FLAMBIENT EDITING ($1.5 per photo) AERIAL SHOTS ($2 per photo) DUSK SHOOTS ($2 per photo) VIRTUAL TWILIGHT ($5 per photo) VIRTUAL TWILIGHT WITH SHADOW REMOVAL ($15 per photo) Take note that removing objects are not included in the enhancement. It has a different charge depending on the difficulties. BASIC REMOVAL ($1 per photo) ADVANCE REMOVAL ($5 per photo) DECLUTTERING ROOM / COMPLICATED REMOVALS ($15 per photo) I CAN ALSO REMOVE CARS/ PERSON/ OR ANY UNWANTED OBJECTS ON THE PHOTOS ( 10$ PER HOUR) WITH GOOD DETAILS REPLACED.
