As a recruiter I have worked multiple projects in different industries ranging from IT/Tech to Construction and for different positions, working at different stages from sourcing, to screening and interviewing. My specialty is LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed because that is where you can find the most amount of candidates, but I also have used different websites and tools to find suitable candidates for any given position. Boolean search is one of my strongest skills, followed by resume screening and first round interviews to engage with candidates and get to know them a bit better.
