Set up Social Media marketing with the tools to succeed, created social post and calendar strategy, resulting in Audience increased by 1,226% and Engagement increased by 1,016%. ● Website visits from social media campaign resulted in over 46k visits, a 593% increase, and a 47% conversion rate on Landing Pages. ● Managed a Twitter account that earned over 4 billion impressions, 436k Retweets, 106k Mentions, and nearly 45k new followers in one year - with no paid advertising. ● Medical client: Engagement increased by 685%, Impressions increased by 28%, Link clicks increased by 84%%. ● Retail apparel client: Engagement increased by 506%. ● B2B SaaS client: Audience (followers) increased by 254%, Impressions increased by 111%, Engagement increased by 31%, Link clicks increased by 39%. ● Cybersecurity cient: Interactions increased by 287%, Link clicks increased by 242%, Shares increased by 329%, Impressions increased by 243%. ● Managed up to 4 team members, depending on the project, consisting of (internal) marketing coordinators, marketing assistants, videographers, graphic designers and (external) content writers, blog writers, SEO and email marketers. ● Managed team of 5 blog writers (dietitian, research scientist, customer success team members and business development), and a WordPress developer. ● Brand strategy development included creating a Brand Book to define and document our brand voice and tone, and brand assets: Brand Values, Brand Voice, Brand Archetype, Style Guide and visual assets (Brand Identity).
