"For this project, I was rated with 4 for communication and with 4 for quality. It is very important for me to know why the client is not satisfied with my work, that is why I asked to say what I did wrong. The answer was as follows “When I say "communication" I mean strictly the part of language and expression.” We spoke Romanian and being from Moldova I accept the fact that maybe our dialect is a little different from theirs. I studied in romanian school. In the rest, I was replying promptly and politely. In regards to the quality, they said that they are not 100% satisfied with my work because it took many edits to get the project finalized. They asked me twice to make a bar and to remove it and twice to change the letter for the email. Of course, there were another edits they asked me to do and everything was done to conform to their desire. I didn't get clear instructions at the start, it was only a couple of phrases about what they wanted. At the last meeting, they said that everything is ok and they will approve the milestone. After a week, I asked twice to approve the last milestone and if we can close the contract. They approve the milestone and said that is ok we can end the contract. The fact that they are not 100% satisfied with the project, they wrote only after I asked to explain their review."
