I can work with minimal supervision since most of my work experiences are with the highest store base level position as a supervisor and store manager for a decade. I also managed a family's Milktea business in 2019, which eventually closed last 2021 due to the pandemic. With proven management skills and handled 15 employees, solid sales analysis and inventory management background, and proven leadership skills by being a quarter store leader way back in 2016. I have proven multitasking skills by providing excellent customer service while doing other tasks as a Store Manager.
