Previously, I worked as an Operations Manager at HiGood, where I was responsible for e-commerce operations, including live TikTok selling events, inventory management, logistics, and customer service. This experience honed my skills in optimizing business performance and enhancing customer satisfaction. Additionally, I contributed as a Social Media Marketing Manager at ROLYO XVIII Productions. There, I developed and executed social media strategies, created and managed content, and engaged with the audience to elevate the brand’s online presence. My diverse skill set spans content moderation, team leadership, e-commerce operations, and social media marketing.
