I'm a Technical Support Representative and at the same time a Customer Support Specialist. I've been working for 5 years since I was young, mostly as a Data Encoder and in the BPO industry. I've worked for both Local and International companies, the reason that I am familiar with and fluent in talking to others using the English Language. I've provided the utmost quality service and support for the customers as well as always leaving them with a good mark of the best service that they can have. I've worked through oDesk (Old UpWork) before, I am familiar with the process of working for different people, being flexible, working on deadlines, and having a delightful attitude toward the work. I am very experienced with using Microsoft Office, Google Applications and etc. I have a 70 WPM ability because of been a Data Encoder before (You can ask for a live result). I've worked for almost 6 years in the BPO industry, and I've been talking to different ages starting from 5 years old to 70+ years old. I've been a great asset to the companies I've worked for. I am a fast learner and I can easily adapt to my environment. Working with others is not a problem but rather an advantage as I can both learn and teach them what I know.
