Proofreading - typing (transcription)- microsoft excel - data entry

I do work in microsoft excel, Word; I use tools like Google Drive, Google Sheets, Jamboard, Google Meet, Gmail, transcriptions track change mode in Word and Excel. I have also developed proofreading work on texts already translated from English to Spanish. I make use of technological tools such as SmartCat, and Google tools for my work as an English teacher. I am a person committed to my job, always looking for learning and personal and professional growth. I have more than 8 years of customer service in corporate sales of tourist services, attention via telephone, call center agent and handling difficult customers, receiving requests as well as complaints. I work under pressure, with cordiality, empathy, with proactivity and responsibility; always attending the customer as I would like to be attended.
