"Dear Up-Work, Our company is not satisfied at all with the contact with the free-lancer. There were a lot of problems that accured. Main issue was deadline, project should have been done in several weeks, but lasted 4 months and wasn't even finished. A full detailed list can be provided. Proof is also evident on the up-work discussion feed. We are totally unhappy and we had to hire another external person to finish and complete the job. We do not recommend the free-lancer. There also no reason why the previous milestone was paid without our agreement. We ask for a refund for this previous milestone. Final milestone will also not be paid.
