I have supported small businesses in daily operations through bookkeeping and billing, CRM management, email management, document organization and management, calendar management, data entry, online research, filing online forms, and creating meeting reports. I have also assisted in client communication, preparing correspondence, coordinating client scheduling, handling information requests, managing email lists, email marketing, and developing and managing intake forms, as well as requesting information from clients and relevant agencies.
I have experience in Microsoft Office, Google docs, sheets, and forms, Quickbooks, Wix websites, Wordpress websites, and a number of project management softwares. I am very comfortable with learning new software and reconciling data.
As a freelancer I have worked in a variety of industries including a law office, a therapists office, various nonprofits, online resellers, and consulting company. I am an excellent team player and am also quite comfortable working independently. I am hard working and reliable, a quick learner and a professional communicator.
