Marketing and UX Research and Strategy

I am a marketing & UX researcher and strategist, with 20 years experience working on some of the biggest brands in the world. In my career, I’ve worked at ad agencies, client-side, and research-supplier side, so I really "get" marketing strategy and execution – from all angles. As a market researcher, I help companies to better understand their customers using qualitative methods like focus groups, in-depth interviews, online communities, semiotic (cultural) analysis and ethnographic research. My UX research activities include usability testing, research to support persona and journey map development, and research to support information architecture development. I deliver reports designed to create maximum organizational alignment and buy-in, and to lead to faster decision-making.
