"Rachel has many great qualities. What is particularly interesting about her is that two of her qualities are only rarely found together in the same person. Rachel is both a big thinker AND an energetic doer. Her work and thinking on our project was of a really high standard from the outset - and this was a subject that was relatively new to her! In fact, unusually we had to dial her work back a little to make it more digestible by regular folks in the street. And that's another great thing about Rachel. She always has a sound logic for her choices and also accepts feedback gracefully and enthusiastically. Lastly, beyond the expectations and standards I had set, it became clear that Rachel had her own set of standards and expectations that were refreshingly old-school and valuable to us. To keep things balanced, if I had to find a weakness I'd say it was her incredible energy. She dives straight in and I sometimes found myself having to play catch up. Would I recommend her to others?
