I am a registered Structural Engineer and interested to work in residential project - new construction- structural design and calculation , major remodel project , simple remodel project - like moving structural walls , beam etc., earthquake retrofit for residence. I can produce structural plans and calculation. I can also stamp and sign the plans for permit. Depending on the area, I can even submit plans for permit with application.
