Senior sales rep - from appointment setting to closing sales

(NOTE: hourly rate or commission rate TBD after discussion with client. Listed rate is placeholder only. Compensation is generally a mix of hourly plus commission that total an average of $75/hour. I am open about the hourly+commission breakkout.) Senior sales manager and hands-on sales professional with over 20 years of field sales and sales management and sales team recruiting and management experience. Successful start-up experience with quantifiable sales outcomes. I love the full sales cycle from Cold Call through close. I am a very process-oriented sales rep and measure my outcomes to goals regularly, adjusting as needed to improve efficiency. Specific entrepreneurial, sales and sales management accomplishments: *Grew our franchise location to be the 4th largest of the 135 franchisee family. *Grew sales for an anatomic pathology office by over $5.6m in 2.5 years with no marketing or advertising budget. *Built a team of 20+ independent sales reps for a start up that resulted in $12.8mm in sales by the end of the first 2 .5 years of operation. * One of the independent sales reps for an independent book publishing house, consistently meeting and exceeding goals. *Grew a small entrepreneurial medical recruiting company from start up and placed over 80 sales professionals and provided sales consulting to same small businesses for 9 years (RepRight) Methodology: For appointment setting, I use Scott Channell's sales approach. For Sales Process and Demos: SPIN Selling/general consultative problem-solving. CRM: Preferred: Close, Pipedrive, HootSuite. Also experienced with: Zoho, Salesforce, and others. Preferred compensation: Some reasonable hourly rate consistent with Upwork platform (what I have listed is just a guide - I am flexible on the hourly), but I prefer my primary compensation to be tied directly to my sales closes/outcomes. I look for opportunities with proven upside potential based on my outcomes.
