"The services that we have requested for has not been met. We have reviewed the spreadsheet that was provided to review for posting on our social media. I have come back with specific instructions which she has acknowledged and agreed on. But seems this has been overlooked and she’s posted images that were not related to any of our resorts in our collection. In addition, when reviewing the audit she provided which we paid additional for, I asked a question regarding the audit which I couldn’t understand, but she still hasn’t gotten back to me on this. I felt the audit was completely lacking. She also delayed with the process of posting on TikTok and YouTube. Furthermore, her timeline has been delayed, which she admittedly apologized for. Then when I explained this to her and have extended for a phone call to discuss further, she simply tells me to contact upwork because we have nothing to talk about…unprofessional and unwilling to discuss matters further."
