I have worked in the e-Commerce sector in translations, customer service analytics, payment processor, and marketplace management. Later on, I was employed on a provincially/federally funded project facilitating the integration of newcomers into the Canadian labour market. I evaluated service delivery models and created strategies for optimization. I implemented/analyzed metrics and key performance indicators to compile reports for the Province and Immigration, Refugee, Citizenship Canada. I was a key player in the creation of an international partnership between a Belgian government organization and the BC Hospitality and Tourism Association.
