Residential Design and Drafting

I have (20)+ years of experience as a carpenter and contractor, and (25)+ years in residential design and drafting. I am looking for freelance remote design and drafting work in residential single-family homes, remodels and additions. I utilize ArchiCAD for the powerful 3D BIM capabilities, and the ability to share the 3D models with builders and homeowners. I am proficient in structural gravity calculations using Forte and Strucalc. My background as a framing carpenter and contractor gives me additional skills to enhance my designs. Specialties: Residential, and light commercial design and drafting. AutoCAD proficiency and 3D design with ArchiCAD. Critical path project management with Smartsheet. Structural gravity calculations (beam, column, and footing sizing) with StrucCalc and Forte software. Proficient in all Microsoft office products (I.E; Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Project), and Adobe Photoshop, etc.
