I am a lawyer with experience in civil, criminal and public law. I currently work as a tourism expert on issues related to sustainable tourism, rural tourism and agro-tourism. I have a great experience as office assistant as I have been working as assistant of the Minister of Tourism and Environment and also as senior paralegal. Since I have been working with different projects, I am capable of managing and organizing different tasks. I have graduated from the faculty of Law, at University of Tirana, Albania and hold a degree in Master of Science in Civil Law. I express my continuous interest in the field of law through the creation of various scientific articles published in national and foreign scientific journals. Moreover, I have participated in the monitoring process of the Justice Reform at the Criminal Court for Serious Crimes of Tirana in the period February 2019-July 2020. I am an experienced paralegal in bailiff's matters, NGO matters and  as well an active citizen in many project implementation from organizations and internships at European bodies’ such as OSCE. I have also worked as an Office Immigration Expert, being responsible for matters relating to the law of foreigners, asylum, etc. I have carried out in a very short period of time the implementation of legal and administrative procedures for the recruitment of foreigners in the Republic of Albania and in the Republic of Kosovo has long been part of the scope of our office. These procedures include the assurance of the work permit, visas, digital nomad visas, residence permit etc. I also do applications for the UK Visa. In addition, I also perform procedures such as: registration of new businesses, legal entities and individuals, for foreign and domestic administrators. These procedures include: - Registration with the tax authorities, local and AKSHI for the fiscalization system of electronic invoices. - Knowledge of tax procedures and laws on VAT, Income Tax, Social and Health Insurance. - Procedures for International Agreements for the Avoidance of Double Taxation. - Registration of bank accounts, address of the Headquarters of the Subjects. - Processing of Financial Statements for Legal and Physical persons. - Processing of Assembly Decisions for Legal Entities.
