Experienced Accountant and Financial Analyst (10+ years)

During my career I have worked for the traditional CPA firm doing taxes and audit work, then went on to work in various industries doing financial consolidation and planning (ranging from $25 million to $250 billion). These companies ranged in industry from technology, healthcare, distribution, and real estate/investment companies. Accounting and Finance has been my main focus in my education preparation going from an associates degree, bachelor's degree in accounting, and two master's degrees (one in accounting and the other in finance). I have also done and continue to manage the books of other companies and consult with them on transactions as well as full-service bookkeeping and business analysis. Analysis comes in by making suggestions based on the numbers, telling the "story" of numbers, and help reduce costs as well as look for efficiency. For example, researching credit card companies to obtain the best rates for one of my online retail clients.
