"You must know that in case she makes mistakes, she will not be accountable for them and blame the client despite all the examples and details shared of how the project should be. I specifically asked for a Digital Planner . Freelancer did not have experience on this specific project at all and therefore incurred in several mistakes that would’ve been avoided if she knew the procedure for these planners. One example of this is: I asked for an undated planner, she designed a calendar month that did not work for several months, she said this was not her mistake and after spending more than $600 usd on the project I would have to spend $300 more because she had to re do it all over again. If she had experience, 1) mistake would have been avoided and 2) she could’ve corrected without having to start everything from scratch."

"This person seeks to create projects without paying, at all times I was willing to help and collaborate, and I always gave her solutions, but she did not want my help 1) The error was raised from the beginning described in the brief and with 9 versions of constant corrections 2) The correction required adding 100 new pages and repagination of the entire document, no one refused to do it, it did not help in time and money. She wanted me to work on December 30th without charge for an error that was not my responsibility and I has taken care of previous errors due to a poorly planned project, the work that was delivered was not remotely what she described in the initial proposal, she was frustrated for not achieving his goal of releasing a 600-page planner that he intended to solve in less than 10 days, and he takes it out on me. She is very angry because she wants her money back for 2 whole weeks of unfortunate and unethical work."
