Bilingual Finnish/English Translator

I am a native Finnish speaker but have lived in Scotland since 2016. Due to my international education and work background, I am highly aware of the globalized nature of business in the contemporary world and, by extension, the importance of quality translations. Therefore, my number one goal is to provide the client with a translation that meets their needs. I understand the importance of communicating with your customers in their native language effectively. That is why I provide quality translations customized for the intended target audience. I have worked in translation for around 7 years, starting with casual translation work and later advancing to full-time. I started by working with internal translations within an accounting firm, after which I worked in video game localization in an outsourcing firm. Nowadays I am a full-time freelance translator.
