"i think charges per hour I will never do again I feel you are not in control and have always the feeling you get explored and overcharged but it's also up works fault the charge as they like without consulting you if you are fine with the bill I hate this on Upwork and i might does not use them again especially not per hour !!!!!"

"I have said before and i will say this again that your data is big enough for one person if i have a two or three person team then this work will defiantly take less time and if we taking about charges i think i have charged less for per hour contract for this data analytics work. client didn't know the requirements of the work and told me to change again and again that's why i have to work on the same reports on tableau again and again."
