Even more important, he identified a major UX issue on my order form that would easily prevent people from ordering, and had likely been happening in countless situations. Who knows how many orders I've lost due to that. I didn't catch it and no one else did. But within a few hours of me contacting him even before officially starting our contract, he uncovered it.
