As Ecommerce VA I am an Experienced e-commerce assistant. I can help you with Customer Service, Product Listing, and Dropshipping Services. Shopify, Waltermart, and Amazon. As Administrative Assistant My primary responsibility is to create resumes, job descriptions, and CV covers. I use templates to create these documents, making sure that they are tailored to meet the clients' expectations. Once I have completed the documents, I forward them to the recruitment consultants who send them to the client's Point of Contact (POC). Apart from creating documents, I also have experience in handling financial transactions. I can prepare invoices for payment requests and reimbursements for my clients for her disablity. I am comfortable handling different financial transactions and ensuring that they are error-free. As part of my support function, I am responsible for scheduling meetings, booking office space, answering and making phone calls related to candidate applications and office space booking. I believe that the ability to multitask is essential to being an excellent administrative support and assistance. At my previous role as a Payroll Assistant, I developed proficiency in processing and preparing payroll using XERO software. I was responsible for submitting weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payroll information. I ensured accurate and timely processing of payroll, which involved preparing and submitting timesheets and dealing with employee inquiries.
