Project manager and systems designer

I am a project manager and systems designer on the Ultimate Robotics team. Our team performs a full cycle of product creation - not only for customers, but also for our wearable sensors. Since this process requires high level skills as well as time, I am committed to planning and organizing the work so that we can deliver the first proper prototype of a new device within six months. Also, my area of interest is development of the concept for new devices - most often the initial requirements are not enough to create the final product. I try to consider and discuss all end use cases in order to anticipate possible improvements and optimize the device.
My skills:
• gathering and analysis of information for developing project specification (we start from defining initial conditions and goals for each project)
• preparing initial project plan (scope of work and deadlines for milestones) and adjusting tasks for team members when implementation problems create delays in some parts
• communication at all stages of work, both within the team and with customer to keep everyone on the same page
• organizing team in a way that everyone works on the currently optimal part of the project, removing bottlenecks and balancing load (like during delays caused by parts shipment, factory production etc)
• analyzing the project as a whole during its progress, taking into account development/testing process, new use case ideas, manufacturing nuances, regulations - finding weak spots and proposing solutions
• high level design, meeting ideal requirements with limitations of efficient development and production cost
• system design, development of the optimal form, components and functionality of the device
My portfolio highlights parts of the work on sensors created by our team. I am working on the creation of a bracelet and the concept of a board for uEMG, as well as a sensors for plants - the project that I created at concept level and developed particular sensors shape, Telegram chat format.
