I’m Nicole Raven Dela Cruz, 25 years old, born and raised in Makati City. I’ve been a customer service representative since 2018. My first job was with Teleperformance on an inbound retail account for Dick’s Sporting Goods. I worked as a chat support representative for two years, handling customer issues related to their orders. We placed orders on behalf of customers and assisted with problems such as late deliveries or missing packages. We managed up to five chats simultaneously, with only two minutes to respond to each one.
My most recent call center experience was with BCS Technology, where I provided international call support for Pizza Hut Australia. This role was quite similar to my previous job, with the main difference being that I answered calls for Pizza Hut, while I handled chat support for Dick’s Sporting Goods.
I’ve been working in the OF chat industry for two years, mostly focusing on the GFE (Girlfriend Experience). I started managing three accounts at once with models who didn’t have much traffic, and I was able to make $600 to $800 per shift. I also tried free accounts, which often attracted a lot of time wasters, but I still managed to bring in $400 to $500 per shift by doing some hard selling. Recently, I worked with a model that is part of the top 0.01% of performers, and I was able to earn a total of $1,800- $2,500 per shift. I did a lot of training and gained hands-on experience with platforms like Infloww, CreatorHero, OnlyMonster, Discord, Slack, Notion, and Google Chat. I’m also skilled at multitasking, such as creating and scheduling mass messages while managing chats.
I am also an experienced and highly motivated Customer Service Representative with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer support and cultivating positive relationships.
Proficient in handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and managing customer accounts via email, chat, and call. I am seeking a challenging position where I can utilize my communication and problem-solving skills to contribute to the success of a dynamic organization.
