"Overall working with Kristina has been good over this time period. She is articulate, clearly understands and communicates well, is efficient and effective with her time spent. Doesn't overcharge time etc. Main issue was responsiveness - even after messaging via Facebook Messenger, it took 2 months for the latest response. I understand the challenges of communicating during a time like this, but still, a short reply to explain when she'd be available would have been helpful since the ads were still running."
