IT Support Engineer Tier 3 / Customer Support Representative

I have an extensive IT experience for 8+ years and counting. I am currently employed for 6 years+ in my current company and looking for a part-time/sideline job.
I am currently working home-based so I am confident that I can deliver my future task/project on time. I am the type of person that can work in a fast pace environment and can handle any circumstances that can affect my work. I am an aggressive and risk-taker of a person, my mistakes from my past make me stronger.
My current work is more on IT and customer service related to which our clients are Medical Centers, Recruitment Agencies and Employers. We provide them a system that is being used now for Immigration here in the Philippines and in other countries. We provide excellent customer service to our clients, solving any issues(system issues/PC issues) related to our system and etc. We do email, chat, text and call support on all our clients locally and internationally for first-line support. If still cannot resolve, we do the second line support by remoting our clients via Teamviewer. We use Salesforce(formerly ServiceDesk) for ticketing support for proper endorsement of issues on different teams/departments. If still cannot solve the issue on the first and second line, we go personally on-site to check the issue of our clients and resolve it at last.
My previous work is a Network Support Associate which we cater to clients concern with their Internet connection, we do the first-line maintenance(troubleshooting) to solve the clients' issues as far as we can. If it still cannot resolve, we endorse the clients' concern to other departments for proper escalation.
I also have previous experience with SEO such as link building, keywords stuffing, etc. for 1 year back last 2012 to 2013.
