My virtual experience has included anything from customer service, data entry, web research, virtual assistant, data analysis, typist, CRM usage, and so much more. I've also recently started school to receive an associates degree for Health Information Technology. "I would like to completely explain this unfortunate situation for anyone who sees this review. A week after working with this client I tested positive with COVID. I was very sick for a week but I tried to complete work for him because I knew he had a deadline. I missed a meeting by an hour due to time differences and the after-effects of COVID (7 days after my positive test). I reached out to him by text and email to apologize and explain myself. He did not respond and closed the job. This is not a representation of my work ethic - it was just unfortunate that I was sick."
