It seemed there is a bit of a cookie-cutter approach to PPC, which is understandable as this is a larger agency with a good number of account managers. In our case, in the midst of a slump in sales and the current economic situation in the US we would have preferred a bigger focus on in-depth strategy. I am sure the agency will be great for most clients, and during easier economic times, but in our case the ACoS went up by a significant amount in the two months that we worked together."
