Customer service specialist / Data entry professional

I have worked as a digital sales specialist who grew and thrived in a competitive and professional environment for more than 2 years, and supported one of the largest TelCo company based in the US through their non voice channel. I am in the process of exploring the freelancing industry in order to learn new skills, as well as utilize the skills I learned and mastered through my previous employment.
