"Janella is professional and well mannered but I was looking for someone who can help with the marketing side of my business but to be honest I was not able to fully get that. She was very fast in the delivery of her tasks but most of what I got were just templates that can be done thru Canva. There was no actual marketing involved, only marketing materials that I also do already. This misunderstanding could also be a lapse on my end because I misunderstood how she wanted to execute stuff but bottom line is I was not able to achieve the main goal of the job I posted."
