Writer I Brand Strategy & Content

Caitlin Abber is an award-winning journalist, editor, and brand strategist with 15+ years of multifaceted content creation experience. Early in her career, she was a lead editor at MTV News, where she oversaw politics and social issues, gaining the brand nominations at the Emmys, Webbys, and GLAAD Media Awards. From there she went on to senior roles at Women’s Health Magazine, where she produced and hosted Uninterrupted, a podcast focused on women’s issues and featuring notable guests such as Gloria Steinem and Padma Lakshmi. She followed a similar path as the Senior Features Editor at Bustle, leading long-form editorial content while producing and hosting the brand’s signature podcast, The Bustle Huddle. Using her talent as an easily adaptable writer and content creator, she seamlessly transitioned from journalism to customer-facing strategy and copywriting, first as the Brand Editor at M.M.LaFleur and now as an editorial consultant for Banana Republic. In addition to the previously mentioned publications, her portfolio includes work for Asana, Shutterstock, InStyle, Oprah Magazine, and Public Radio International.
