Expert (Mikrotik) networking and Linux systems

I'm managing computers and computer networks since 1994! I've installed and used all versions of Windows since Win 95, including some of Windows Server edition. My first Linux installation (Slackware) was in 1997, and I'm dealing with Unix/Linux machines since. In last 10 years, I have installed mostly Ubuntu, CentOS and Debian servers - for Wireless Internet Services Provider (WISP) I'm currently managing. Some of those Linux servers and one Windows are residing on top of (or should I say - inside) VMware's ESXi platform! Services running on those servers are: Apache (http, https) with PHP, DNS, MySQL, Postix, Courier, Dovecot, Squid, Webmin, phpMyAdmin, ISPConfig, FreeRADIUS, Radius Manager, ... Dealing with hosting made me install and manage several CMS (Joomla, WordPress) and Forum (phpBB, SMF, myBB) web sites. Designing, setting and maintaining WISP got me into Mikrotik/RouterOS - I manage more than 50 MT installations: from few-LAN-ports-only to groups of several different Mikrotik devices on the same spot, connected via LAN and via WiFi links to other locations. I'm using almost everything that RouterOS can provide; from static routing, OSPF, VPN, Bridging, failover (uplinks and WiFi links), PPPoE, NTP, Web Proxy, ... There are, also, two virtual Mikrotik devices at mentioned ESXi machine! I have some Ubiquity equipment too (ISP and client side), and lots of client-side devices (mostly simple routers/APs) that I had dealt with. I look forward to participating in new projects.
