"Ann is skilled and understands the position. However she works multiples job at a time on the companies dime, and also no calls no shows and blames weather although people from the same region don't have the same issue. She was told on 2 separate occasions not work on other jobs while on the clock for us, she also lets the clock run in order to make up her hours when calls out. We gave her 1 week off to take care of a personal issue, but she didn't return for 2 weeks. We had 2 separate conversations about that, she is very cunning and knows how to manipulate the system to appear as she is working but is not. I would not recommend hiring her, especially at the rate we did. We could've paid a lot less got a lot more. Not worth the trouble."

"Upon receiving his feedback, I contacted Alula to ask why I'm scored this low. With all the appointments and offers I am getting for them It's still not enough, I like working with challenges but just one time I asked for a Leave because a Typhoon Hit our region I sent Him proof of pictures and Updated news. But he didn't believe it. I am working and available during our working hours, and am responsive all day long. He even sent me commissions for my work. He is Judgey and manipulative he has trust issues with his past Agents. I felt sorry for Him he said he will change it given in 2 weeks timeframe but he didn't. Alula and I remain on good terms."

"Ann went thru training with our team and met expectations to learn the systems, tools, and tasks required for an inside sales role supporting Realtors and Real Estate Investors. Her interactions with other team members was positive, respectful, and responsive. She was able to perform her responsibilities during her weekly schedule. Unfortunately her first scheduled weekend she notified me she was unable to work due to a blackout and Signal 1 (tropical depression) in her city. The following weekend (Saturday) I was notified after her scheduled shift that she again was not able to report for work that weekend due to a scheduled blackout. It would have been helpful to have been notified prior to her shift starting that she could not report to work. During the interview process Ann was notified that this position was part time and she could decide between two available shifts. One shift was during the week and the other shift was weekends. She wanted both shifts so she would have a full 40 hour week and after consideration of her eagerness I agreed to move forward. I decided to end the contract due to the blackouts that occurred both weekends she was scheduled to work along with not giving proper notice the second weekend. I did not have the opportunity to see her full potential but based on her ability to pick up new tasks quickly while training during the week she could have been successful."
