✅Conduct business process analysis and Fit/Gap report.
✅Creates estimates/budgets for implementation tasks and user licenses.

✅Initiate/create Solution design, configuration, and customizations of D365 CRM modules to address client business processes, interface, and performance requirements.
✅Execute data migration from external systems into MS Microsoft Dynamics Sales, Marketing and Customer Service.
✅Conduct user and administrator training, conduct solution testing and assist with user acceptance testing.
✅Demonstrate Microsoft Dynamics Sales/Marketing/Customer Service solution capabilities to the client.
✅Provide professional/technical advice and support on complex Microsoft Dynamics Sales/Marketing/Customer Service business cases and propose comprehensive solutions.
✅Completes projects and implementation tasks under the agreed timeline in the implementation plan.
✅Build expertise in Industry areas of focus, contributes to the development of Industry solutions.
✅Assist sales and presales teams to prepare proposals, participate in client presentations, and support business development and the sale of professional services when necessary.
