Instructional Designer

I've worked in instructional design for almost ten years doing work for a top fortune 500 company. I am proficient with Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite, and Camtasia. My work has won a Brandon Hall award as well as been part of Training Magazine Apex awards. I bring a level of skill and attention to detail that will make learning content resonate with your learners - from eLearning to instructor led. From initial training to sustainment of those new skills. I have worked with both ADDIE as well as an Agile (Scrum) method. I have experience working with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and coordinating an entire team of designers and developers. I have taken large scale and small scale projects from analysis all the way through implementation. There is no one style of instructional design that is better than any other - my priority is to understand the problem that needs solving and use the best tools for that.
