I have a degree in Psychology, and I thought at first Customer Service doesn’t have any relevance to the course I finished, but hey look, in reality, Customer Service is a full definition of Psychology. You have to understand their behavior, their characteristics, apply the right response to make sure they are happy right before the conversation ends. After 5 successful years in the world of Customer Service, I know what it takes to exceed expectations not only with Customer Satisfaction, also 100% inclined with policies, procedures, goals, and metrics. In my current role as a Customer Care Specialist, I was able to produce a remarkable set of numbers in the history of the company in my first 3 months working with them. The management never thought this was possible since we are working remotely with no real-time supervision. This resulted in a positive impression, and give more opportunities to recruit fellow countrymen especially these tough times, Covid and Lockdowns. One reason I stayed in this field, is because of the fulfillment I got from my Customers, the happiness they expressed that I was the only person were able to resolve their concern The passion to help, the willingness to do everything to resolve the issue, and making sure this is the last time that the customer will be reaching out for the same concern. These are the reason why you're going to hire me because this is what I do best!
