"Paul was knowledgeable and got the job done. The only issues encountered were: 1) It was very difficult to communicate due to a bad microphone and/or connection on Paul's end, for both Google Meet and cell phone call. This impacted the efficiency of the job. 2) As it was our first job on Upwork and our first time working with Paul, I wanted Paul to screen share with me for security (sensitive data was involved) and so I could learn more about the tasks at hand. He would not agree to screen share, but in his defense, I did not mention this request in the initial job listing."
